My ZuluTrade account is showing as Locked, what do I do?

If we detect any abnormal usage in your account, like continuous unsuccessful login attempts, we consider that to be a threat for your account’s safety, and hence we may temporarily disable access and lock your account. In that case, the following message will appear:

"ZuluTrade has locked your account as a security measure because of continuous unsuccessful login attempts. To unlock your account please visit Forgot Password page and request a password reminder."

To unlock your account:

1. Please click on Forgot Your Password and enter your email address.

2. Click on Submit to reset your password.

If you wish to change your password, please log in to your ZuluTrade Account and go to Profile, Password. There, you will need to enter your current as well as your new passwords which should be the same as your NatureForex MT5 ZuluTrade account.
