What is the minimum/maximum size of the file accepted for verification?

There is no minimum file size. However, the image file needs to be of high quality, so that its data are easily read. Please make sure to take close and visible pictures of each document.

The maximum size is 3MB per image file. We support all file *jpeg, *jpg, *png, *pdf.

Pictures must be in full color, no cropping and no other manipulations are allowed.
