An error occurred when I was trying to upload the document, what shall I do?

If you get an error message when you tried to upload your documents, please check the following:

  1. Image files should be in png, jpg, jpef or pdf format.
  2. The file should be smaller than 3mb.
  3. Try logging in MyPage and upload your documents in a different internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari.

If your files meet the requirements but you still encountered an error, please contact Support@Natureforex.com with the following details:

  • Your account number or email address registered
  • Screenshots of the error message/page you encountered

Our Customer Support team will further check on the issue and assist you in uploading your documents.
