How can I check the status of my withdrawal/deposit request?

To check the status of your request, follow the steps below:

Click on Money Transaction.
Click History. In here, you will also find the transaction ID and other details of your request
- Requesting - Your deposit/withdrawal request is submitted successfully.
- In Progress - Your deposit/withdrawal request is currently being processed.
- Finished - Your deposit/withdrawal request is processed.
