What can I do when the "Incorrect username or password" message appears?

If you receive the error message "Incorrect username or password" when logging into a live NatureForex Trading Station account, that means the username or password entered is incorrect.

 

Please follow these steps to resolve your log-in issues:

1.  Change the "Connection" field to "REAL" to connect to a live account.

2. Delete the username and password from each field.

3. Check your records to make sure the log-in and password are correct, then re-enter the username and password manually.

Please do not copy and paste to avoid unnecessary characters.

If you are still unable to log in after completing the steps above, then the easiest solution is to reset your password online.

You can reset our password online at Trader Room by clicking on "Forgot Password". A temporary password will be sent to you by email and it can be changed after you log-in.
