How can I upload documents into my account?

To upload your identification documents and verify your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to MyPage.
2. Under Account Management, click on Account Setting.
3. Click on Verification.
4. In here, you will be able to upload the necessary documents:
   • Valid identification card
   • Proof of address dated within the past 90 days. It should match your account name Nature Forex.
   • Selfie of yourself holding your valid ID and a handwritten note of today's date and the word Nature Forex.
5. After uploading the files, submit the documents for verification.

Our Verifications Team will review your documents for approval/rejection within the next 2-4 business days. 

Verification Status:

• Verifying - your documents are currently being reviewed
• Verified -  your documents are validated and approved. Your trading account is successfully activated
• Rejected -  your documents did not meet our requirements. 

If any of your documents were denied, please make sure to follow the requirements and re-submit the correct document.
