How can I close my account?

To close down your account, you have to make sure there is 0 balance on your account. After you’ve done that, please send an email to the following:

  1. Your account number
  2. Email address
  3. Please also provide the reason why you'd want to close the account to help us improve our service.

Once you have sent your request, it will be added to the queue and our team will review the account to make sure there is no outstanding issue. Please be patient as this may take some time.

You will also receive an email confirmation once your request is completed.

Please note our office hours is between 8:30 a.m - 00:00 a.m (GMT+9), from Monday to Friday.
